HOW DOES IPL WORK

MiSMON Hair Removal Device uses Intense Pulsed Light (IPL)technology to emit a specific wavelength of the light and deliver it to the skin, The device is designed to help break the cycle of hair regrowth.Light energy is transferred through the skin's surface and is absorbed by the melanin present in the hair shaft. The absorbed light energy is converted to heat energy (below the surface of the skin), which disables the hair follicle preventing further growth, so as to achieve effective hair removal.

WHAT TO EXPECT While Using This Product

The sensation varies, depending on individuals, treatment area and treatment level. Some users may feel like a rubber band snapping against the skin. Others may feel a warm and prickling sensation. You should not see any significant side effects from treatment. Some users experience mild redness that goes away within 24 hours.

1 week into the 3 weeks plan

As the amount of hair in the treated areas decreases, the sensation will also decrease. For this reason, you may be able to use a higher treatment level after your initial treatments. After your first treatment,there will be no visible change to the hair. Laser hair removal does not cause immediate hair loss. With additional treatments, there will be gradual hair loss with each treatment.

4 weeks into the 9 weeks plan

You should see a reduction in hair growth. The hair that does regrow will also begin to lighter and become finer. However, most of the hair may still not have been treated in their growth phase. It is important to continue the weekly treatments.
